1 pork tenderloin (about 1 1/4 pounds)
1 cup Lawry's® Szechuan Sweet and Sour BBQ Marinade, divided
Directions1. Place pork in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill pork over medium-high heat 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness, turning occasionally. Brush with 1/4 cup of the remaining marinade during last few minutes of cooking. Grill pineapple slices 2 minutes or until heated through, brushing with remaining 1/4 cup marinade. Serve pork with pineapple slices.
